This is just a quick post just to note that I haven’t gone to ground.

no, not really, I promise.

I managed to pull together a nice chapter on precarious paracademic life for a book called the Paracademic Handbook to be published next year (squeee!)

I have been head down tail up working with a group of wonderful creative volunteers (and some wonderful staff), running art classes in detention.

I’ve been tutoring at La Trobe, and still have no idea if I will have work there next year or not….

and I’ve been doing crochet; lots and lots of crochet….. and the rug will be close to ready by the November 18 convergence on canberra…..

I’ve just returned from a week in Sydney making art and mayhem in the sunshine

and I’ve been writing, and working on writing, offline. real grown up writing. bits will appear soon, I promise.
